FACILITY RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL TERMS

*Facility use is only reserved for guests arriving by bicycle

*Consuming alcoholic beverages, making fire & barbecue is not allowed

*No smoking indoors

*The safety of personal items belongs to the visitors. The establishment bears no responsibility for any loss or theft  

*No disturbing noise should be made for other guests and village locals

*Any damage to the Bicycle House property during the stay of the guest shall be compensated by the guest. 

*Attention should be paid to wearing appropriate clothing before and after using showers in the facility.

CHECK-IN, ACCOMMODATION, CHECK-OUT 

*Check-in after 17.00

*Check-out until 12:00

*Guests must provide a valid ID at check-in.

*Authorized personnel registers the personal information of the guests.

*Rooms are designated as male/female rooms except for mixed groups. If there are mixed groups of men and women, different rooms and halls could be provided.

*Reservations can be made online and by phone. Payments must be delivered by online payment methods at least one day in advance. 

*Room keys handed over after check-in. Rooms should be vacated until 12:00 on the check-out day.

*Guests are welcome to write down their experiences and reviews in the diary after check-out.

*It is mandatory to use bed linens and sheets located in the wardrobe. Dirty linens should be left in the laundry basket under the control of housekeeping.

*Rooms should be left clean and tidy.

*Available areas for accommodation in the camping zone are shown by authorized personnel only.

KITCHEN

*Kitchen should only be used for eating & drinking.

*Kitchen must be kept tidy, every user has to clean afterward.

*The fridge must be kept clean.

*Food can only be eaten in the kitchen and garden.

*Please be sensitive and do not waste water.

ACTIVITY HALL 

*Recreation and event-based use only, eating and drinking are prohibited.

*Books and magazines should be left in previous order after reading.

*The hall must be left tidy and clean.

GARDEN

*Can be used for sitting, eating, drinking, accommodation, recreation, repairments, and other related events.

*Consuming alcoholic beverages, lighting fire, and making barbecue are not allowed.

*Available areas for accommodation in the camping zone are shown by authorized personnel only.

*Attention should be paid to wearing appropriate clothing before and after using showers in the garden.

*The garden should be kept clean and tidy after eating, drinking, and other activities. No leftovers or littering.

BATHROOMS & TOILETS

*Toilets and showers in the lodging area should only be used by residents.

*Bathrooms are shared. Toilets are separate for women and men.

*Dressing and undressing must be done in shower units. Proper clothes should be chosen while using the garden and halls.

*Disposable slippers should be worn in the bathroom.

*Bathrooms and toilets must be left clean and tidy.

*Please be sensitive and do not waste water.
